Our default nameservers are ns1.fxworx.net and ns2.fxworx,net. Keep this same if you are planning to use our servers. If you already have a hosting package with another company change the nameservers to theirs. You can do this during order stage or later by logging in to your account.

You may order more than one domain for 1,2,3,5 or 10 years.

Refunds

Domain registrations and/or renewals are non-refundable. So when ordering make sure you have ordered the right domain and spelling is correct.

Ownership

Ownership of domains remains with the registrant. We express highly that if someone else is doing the registration on behalf of you make sure your own details are entered in whois database. Although transferring ownerships is an easy process some of our clients experienced difficulties in the past because domains were not registered under their name. In these situations, we do not accept any responsibility but we will give you guidance.

Transfers

Transferring your domain to FX Worx is FREE. However, your current provider of your domain may charge a small fee when you request a transfer.

Domain Hosting

At FX Worx we provide self-managed hosting packages or we can make a custom one for your needs. Please contact us. However, if you would like to host your domain on a different server all you have to do is point the nameservers. We also offer managed websites and domain hosting on a quotation.
